Employment

Williams Bridge Academy is a professionally supportive and respectful community. WBA carefully evaluates every potential employee, not just for his or her certifications and technical skills, but also for the interpersonal skills that will ensure the best communication with students. WBA provides ongoing professional development opportunities, including training in language-based methodology and other issues pertinent to the learning differences that the school serves. Staff turnover at WBA is very low, so we get to know our students and their families well, as they get to know and trust us.
