YOUR SUPPORT HELPS
IGNITE CHILDREN’S POTENTIAL.
Your philanthropy is an integral part of the growth and success of WBA. Together with your support, we can provide programs that are vital in helping each of our students find success, both in and out of the classroom.
Our faculty and staff are experts in their areas; our small class size and ratios, combined with research-based methodologies, and theme-based, experiential, hands-on learning support our students’ distinct learning styles.
As a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, WBA relies on the caring support of many individuals and charitable organizations that recognize the School as a unique and necessary resource for the students, families, and communities we serve. As with all not-for-profit educational institutions, WBA relies on the support of parents, alumni families, and friends of the School so that can continue to provide outstanding programs and services in contemporary and well-equipped facilities. Our federal tax identification number is 22-2580920.
OUR GOAL- 100% Participation
All parents, grandparents, friends, faculty/staff, and Board of Directors are asked to make a gift to the annual fund. Your participation makes a difference to every student every day! The WBA Fund is our year long annual giving campaign, which supports field studies, technology, extracurricular activities, and needed facility expansion. While the focus of the Fund may vary from year to year, it is the School’s mission – “to ignite the educational potential of students with language and learning differences so that they may succeed in school, college, and career”-that remains the most important factor in determining where the funds are allocated. Dollars raised through our WBA Fund touch every child, every day. They enable us to recruit specialists in the field of learning disabilities; they allow for the development of new experiential learning opportunities, and they ensure that we provide the best-individualized education program for which WBA is known.
Gifts made early in the school year provide maximum benefit to our students and overall academic programs.
As part of the current year’s operating budget, your gift will immediately benefit the students and faculty of WBA. The WBA Fund supports every aspect of the School, including our students, faculty, facilities, and programs.
